Julio C. Canedo is a computer systems and electronics engineer with an MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) and a PhD in Strategy/Organizational Behavior. He is an accredited coach and is certified in HRM and ethics. As associate professor of management, he has published and presented his research in numerous academic and professional outlets and conferences.

He is a member of multiple editorial boards and associate editor of academic journals. In addition, he supports multiple non-profit organizations, where he provides pro bono training and consulting. As a consultant, Julio has favorably implemented systems to align, empower, motivate, and lead individuals to deliver strategic organizational results.
